Thrive Women's Conference is a 2-day gathering created for women to experience true transformation through community, the Word of God, and powerful worship. We believe that God designed us to thrive—in relationship with Him and with one another. This event is all about stepping away from the noise of everyday life and stepping into a space where faith is ignited, hearts are refreshed, and purpose is renewed.

Hosted at Journey Church in West Palm Beach, Thrive 2025 will feature inspiring messages, powerful worship, and a welcoming community of women passionately pursuing Jesus together.

We are honored to welcome back Andi Andrews. Andi is an author, speaker, and encourager with a passion for helping people step into freedom and live from a place of God-given identity. With authenticity, humor, and heartfelt storytelling, she inspires audiences to pursue healing, wholeness, and purpose. She is the author of She Is Free and travels extensively, speaking at conferences, churches, and gatherings around the world. Andi lives in Charleston with her husband and children.
